Overview:

CRM is an approach to a customer-driven business orientation. The activities in CRM are focused on attracting, developing, recovering, and most importantly, retaining customers. The CRM Business Process is based on this definition, and focuses on a company’s customer-related marketing, sales and care activities.

Objectives:

• To learn an overview of CRM and mySAP CRM
• To learn an overview of CONCORD and the CONCORD architecture
• To learn about user interfaces
